By signing up for CleanLeads Weekly, you’re agreeing to these terms.
1. What We Do (Important, so read this!)
CleanLeads Weekly is a subscription service that gives you info.
We give you cleaning service opportunities (leads) we find online. These are already public.
Keep in mind, we CAN’T promise:
- a certain amount of leads
- that you’ll be the only one with these leads
- that every lead is spot-on
- that you’ll get sales, money, or new customers
Basically, your success is up to you and what’s happening in the market.
2. What Leads Are Like
Leads might be:
- requests people posted
- stuff from online
- signs there’s demand
Some leads might be:
- old
- missing info
- shared all over the place
By using CleanLeads Weekly, you’re cool with this.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (No Exceptions!)
- It’s a monthly thing that keeps going.
- Stripe handles the payments.
- You’re saying it’s okay to charge you each month.
All payments are final, period.
We DON’T do:
- refunds
- giving money back for part of the month
- letting you use the money later
Even if:
- you don’t use the leads
- you don’t reach out to anyone
- you don’t get any business from it
4. Canceling
You can cancel anytime you want.
But heads up:
- canceling doesn’t get you a refund
- you can still use the service until the end of the month you paid for
- we don’t give you money back for the days you don’t use
5. When We Send Leads
We plan to send leads every week, but:
- the time we send them might change
- how many leads you get might change
- it all depends on what’s going on
If you don’t get a certain number of leads, you don’t get a refund.
6. We Don’t Promise Anything
CleanLeads Weekly doesn’t promise anything about:
- if the leads are good
- if people will reply
- if they’ll become customers
- if your business will grow
You get that this is just an info service, not a way to get guaranteed results.
7. It’s Your Job To
You’re responsible for:
- contacting the leads
- following the rules
- not sending spam
We’re not responsible for how you use the info.
8. We’re Not With Them
We have nothing to do with:
- Yelp
- Craigslist
- or any other sites we mention
9. We’re Not Responsible For
As much as the law allows:
We’re not responsible for:
- lost money
- if your business stops
- anything bad that happens indirectly
10. Chargebacks
By subscribing, you’re saying you won’t do a chargeback unless you have a good reason.
If there’s a problem, contact support first.
We can:
- show these Terms as proof
- fight unfair chargebacks
11. Changes
We can change these Terms whenever.
If you keep using the service, you’re agreeing to the new Terms.
